It’s a question that’s on everyone’s mind, but the answer depends on where you live.
The National Dog Hiking Association (NDHA) says that a good first decision is to leave a dog in a well-maintained area with at least two other people to play with.
That way, the dog will have enough time to get accustomed to its surroundings.
The group also says that the best places to leave pets are in enclosed spaces, such as a car or garage, and that the more room they have to play, the happier they will be.
However, many owners of dogs say that’s not always the case.
“A lot of people think that a dog should be kept outside because it’s a more comfortable environment,” Dr Jill Davenport, a pet care expert from the National Pet Hospital, said.
“They don’t really know that there are other people out there.”
You might think you can leave your pet outside in the sun, but that’s actually not a good idea, according to Dr Davenpack.
“You’re going to need shade and shade can cause allergies,” she said.
The NDAH also says there are safety reasons to leave the dog outside.
“If the dog is not safe in a vehicle, then it’s not safe to let them out in the street,” Ms Davenpoint said.
But the NDAHD also recommends that dogs be allowed to go outside on their own if it’s convenient for them.
If you want to leave one of your dogs at home, it’s best to do it at the end of the day, when the weather is cooler.
You can leave it outside, but it will still need to be kept in a good condition, as well as safe.
The best places for leaving your dog outdoors include: a car, garage or even a backyard garden
