Google Home is the latest smartwatch to be updated with Android Wear 2.0, but its price tag doesn’t look like it’s going to be cheap.
The new Google Home model starts at $199 and goes up to $279 for the version with the smartwatch.
Google is promising a $100 credit for each purchase, though you’ll have to pay extra for the watch’s optional Google Home accessories.
The $279 price tag is the same price as its predecessor, the Google Home Pro, but it’s the cheapest Google Home to date.
The Pro’s price dropped $100 in January to $299, but we don’t know if that was because of the new smartwatch or a discount for the accessory.
We don’t yet know how many Google Home owners will purchase the new version of the smartwatches.
The Google Home Android Wear version runs on the Google Play store, and the Google Android Wear app is available on Google’s Play Store.
We can’t confirm whether the new Android Wear watch is available for purchase outside of the Google Store, but the Android Wear Android app is compatible with the Google Watch.
We’ll update this story when we have more information.
