On Monday morning, Juventus announced they had signed defender Lucas De Mina from AC Milan.
The move means Juventus will be without the services of one of their most prolific attackers, Marco Verratti.
Juventus were already without the likes of Giorgio Chiellini, Marco Asensio, Daniele De Rossi and Matteo Bonucci in the transfer window, so De Minsi is the most exciting addition.
Juventus have had a busy week, as they confirmed they will have the same number of players for their next game, as well as two more in the squad for the Champions League group stage.
They also announced that defender Daniel Pudil will also be out with a knee injury.
Juve’s last game of the Serie A season was against Napoli on March 22.
The Nerazzurri defeated the Serie B club 4-2, scoring three goals.
It was the first win in the competition for Juve since 2001, but the defeat has led to criticism that the team lacks pace and attacking prowess.
Juve will be hoping to keep pace with Napoli in the Champions league group stage, and that will be a good test for their defence.
